Mr. van W. (74 years old) has been driving an adapted car for years due to his disability. The gentleman also has a disabled parking space, promised by the municipality. And suddenly there is a letter on the mat with the message that his street will become a zero-emission zone. The consequence is that the gentleman is no longer allowed to drive his car in his street and neighborhood. While he is very dependent on his car. SA has consulted the municipality and although everyone at the municipality sees that this is contradictory, it has no solution for this debacle. SA did some research and found a regulation from the RDW in which an exemption can exceptionally be obtained for special cases that are outside business traffic. Went through the (long) procedure with Mr.'s family... successfully, because Mr. received an exemption for the whole of the Netherlands until the end of 2027. Mr. was very pleased,
